OUR PURPOSE

Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Portland, Oregon, SIV Impact brings together experience in sustainability, supply chains, science, and project delivery.
We work with companies and local partners to design, implement, and monitor projects across water stewardship, biodiversity restoration and regenerative cotton.

Our technical partner in India for water reuse and zero liquid discharge (ZLD). CEMCOT brings experience in shared effluent treatment, water recovery and ZLD systems serving Tamil Nadu’s tannery clusters.

OUR TEAM
Founder & CEO
Before founding SIV Impact, Neeraj held leadership roles at Nike in sustainability, sourcing and manufacturing, including Global Director, Responsiveness & Strategic Sourcing for Jordan Brand. His sustainability remit covered eight countries and more than 125 factories. He brings this enterprise experience to the design and delivery of SIV’s water and nature projects.
Chief Sustainability Officer
Brings footwear and apparel experience, including sustainability leadership at Nike across manufacturing, energy, waste, water, and corporate responsibility.
Head of Strategy
Brings experience in operations, strategic planning, sustainability, and innovation, including roles at Nike and Management Sciences for Health.
Project Director, India
Leads projects in India, drawing on experience in ethical supply chains, human rights, and sustainability at H&M, IKEA, and Nike.
Head of Operations, India
Leads operations in India and Verdure Environmental Foundation, our key India partner for project design, community engagement and needs assessment. Brings environmental science expertise in water and ecological restoration.
Technical Head, Water Policy
Brings expertise in water policy, urban governance, and regulatory frameworks, with a focus on work involving state and central institutions.
Head of Finance
Brings experience in engineering, project management, and finance, including 19 years at Intel and subsequent work with startup businesses.
Communications & Impact Manager
Leads SIV Impact’s storytelling and communications. She is pursuing an M.S. in Sustainability Management at Columbia University and holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Oregon.
