WHAT WE DELIVER
A regenerative cotton program needs to work for farmers and for the brands buying their cotton. We bring field implementation and sourcing decisions together, with clear expectations for practices, material origin and reporting.
Coordinate farmer support and field implementation with our partner Beetle Regen, India. Practices are selected for local conditions and may include cover cropping, intercropping and reduced tillage.
Translate a brand's cotton needs into a practical sourcing program. We coordinate with farming and supply-chain partners around material requirements, timelines and implementation responsibilities.
Connect cotton origin and supply-chain records with information on farming practices and performance. Agree the evidence needed to support the brand's sourcing and sustainability claims.

Agree the cotton requirements, sourcing region, program boundaries and evidence the brand needs.
Define farmer support, field activities, supply-chain roles and the commercial and reporting requirements with partners.
Coordinate implementation and the flow of material and records between farmers, supply-chain partners and the brand.
Track agreed farming, sourcing and traceability measures. Identify where independent verification is required and coordinate it with the relevant parties.

Implementation of agreed regenerative practices and relevant soil and water indicators.

Origin, volumes and supply-chain records tied to the cotton sourcing program.
